The Scepter Replacement EPA/CARB Fuel Cap with Chain fits all Scepter portable marine fuel tanks. It includes a 2-way vent valve that allows air to enter the tank while the engine is in operation, and a pressure relief valve which is designed for fuel vapor retention when not in use.
